In these times of economic uncertainty, more and more biomed departments are striving for ways to cut costs and minimize overhead. Many OEM and third party contracts are the first to be cut — and more and more biomed departments are bringing the annual maintenance of their equipment in-house. With this increase in self-service maintenance, there was an increased need for quality, low cost support alternatives beyond the PM – and beyond the OEM. In 2011, Ryan Clarke incorporated Injector Support and Service, LLC (ISS) to fill this void. With over 10 years of field experience servicing contrast injectors and most recently serving as the service manager for a contrast injector service company, Ryan Clarke has performed countless PM’s/Calibration verifications and service responses, taught first-response training courses, performed operational in-services, assisted countless bio-meds via phone technical support, and assisted in the creation of the training manuals presented by Maull Biomedical Training.

Our mission is to provide our customers with professional, timely and superior support and service for their contrast injectors. To accomplish this, we offer telephone technical support, parts identification and sales, depot service, loaner injectors, and on-site service response — we seek to become your preferred and only source for your contrast injector support and service.

Injector Support and Service provides post classroom support to the students of Maull Biomedical Training.  The professional training of Maull Biomedical when paired with the expertise of ISS provides the student with the knowledge and Preventative Maintenance (PM) tools to be successful.

I look forward to the opportunity of working with you and providing the very best in professional, timely and superior support and service for your medical contrast injectors.

Sincerely,
Ryan Clarke
